Mardon Ongoing Progress Update

IMG_0768We have grown into one of the major suppliers of waste handling equipment in the UK. Mardon is an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accredited company with a good reputation within the recycling and waste disposal industry. One of Mardon’s main focuses is our commitment to our customers which is under constant development.

The ongoing challenge for Mardon is to maintain our comprehensive and efficient service that minimises ‘downtime’, in the event of equipment failure, and allow our customers to continue their business operations with minimum disruption. Our team of reliable, experienced and factory trained service engineers offer a full range of installation, training, repairs, parts and servicing anywhere throughout the UK.

Our engineers are on a continuous training plan to meet the ever changing industry standards including SPA Passport Training for the Food Hygiene Compliance. We are able to provide all the necessary health and safety paperwork i.e. risk assessments and method statements. It is our continued intention to recruit additional engineers to meet our ever growing demand. Mardon has recently replaced some of our service vehicles with new for old, and we currently have more on order, improving reliability and enhancing our capability to meet service demands throughout the UK. We are currently setting up the use of an established internet based management system, that will give our service team direct access all customer data within seconds, enabling rapid response and resolution of equipment failure, adding new services and sites, modifying service schedules and answering account and service enquiries. All information, including the ability for customers to log call outs and view the ETA for engineers visits, will be readily accessed and viewed via a ‘customer portal’ which means our customers have greater control. Mardon are very excited to announce these new developments and hope you will be too.
