Dennis has been in the waste industry for over 20 years and has an extensive knowledge of the business in general. Dennis started working for Mardon Recycling Machinery Ltd in February 2011 and has worked his way up from a Sales Manager to Sales Director and in October 2013, he became our Managing Director.
His all-encompassing background in sales, and flexible approach to any situation, enables Dennis to efficiently resolve our customers’ requirements for all their waste necessities.
David joined the Mardon Group in October 2018 with over 20 years experience in a Sales and Service related industry. He has enduring and long- lasting business relationships among his established connections network. David has a strong and energetic work ethic with a keen desire to succeed in our industry. His friendly and disarming manner coupled with a genuine desire to offer the best possible solution for the customer is certain to gain him the continued successful career that he has enjoyed to date.
Sue started her career at Mardon Recycling Machinery Ltd in July 2009 and has hit the ground running so to speak. She is a methodical person which stands her in good stead for co-ordinating the sales team and organising all the administrative elements of a sale or hire contract.
Her meticulous and logical mind is paramount to the smooth running of the systems in place from the initial enquiry from a customer to the final signing of a hire contract and a machine being delivered efficiently and appropriately.
Mandy joined the Mardon Group in August 2018 and brings with her an extensive knowledge of all aspects of book-keeping and administration procedures. Experience gained primarily in the leisure, retail and manufacturing sectors has enabled her to settle in quickly.
Her determination, focus, and accuracy are qualities she employs along with her customer service skills to help the Sales Office run smoothly in an ever expanding sphere of operation. She is indeed a valuable addition to the team.
Integrated Systems Manager
Joining the Mardon Group in September 2013, Sharmaine has proven herself to be invaluable and a real asset to the company. Originally coming from a finance background she has brought a wealth of experience with her. She has proven herself to be versatile, managing health and safety, HR, payroll and advertising, her precision and acute eye for detail is key. She has an affable nature and is an excellent team player, always willing to take on more work.
James started working for Mardon’s in June 2015 and has come from an accountancy background, in which he worked in practice for nearly 5 years. From this, he has gained a rounded knowledge of accounting systems and the ability to deal with client expectations and demands in which will be put to the highest level at Mardon’s.
Having become AAT qualified and part ACCA qualified, his knowledge ventures out into the vast areas of management accounts, costings and tax, all in which brings added experience to the team here at Mardon’s.
Our Service Co-coordinator Lin is based at our Office Head quarters in North Devon where she runs a tight ship.
She has seized the opportunities presented within her role, and beyond, to expand herself and develop the company as a whole. Lin has already proved herself to be a valuable member of our team and an asset to the company.
Nathan originally started with Mardon in 2009 as a Workshop/Field Engineer. After a year out exploring other industries and enhancing his knowledge he came back to Mardon to use his new found theories and techniques to help enhance the workshop. Nathan has an extensive and valuable wealth of experience when it comes to our machinery and customers. He is a valued member of the team.
Mike started with us in June 2016. Mike has been an engineer at a local company in Devon for the past 27 years. He is a qualified Engineer with over 40 years’ experience within 2 positions of precision and maintenance engineering. He is a loyal and committed person and enjoys getting stuck into refurbishing our equipment.
Stuart joined Mardon in 2009 as a Field Engineer based in the Northampton area. His previous experience and knowledge of all aspects of engineering and his can do attitude has enabled Stuart to progress to Head Field Engineer and most recently Project Manager. Stuart is very proud of the work he does and customers receive the very best in customer service from him. He is a valuable asset to Mardon’s team.
Steve joined the Mardon Team in May 2016 based in Worcester. He has had nearly 40 years’ experience in the engineering industry including time served within the Royal Pioneers British Army. He is a friendly, approachable person with a can do attitude and is looking forward to making a difference and providing our customers with exceptional customer service.
Steve joined the Mardon team of Field Engineers in 2012 based in Leicester. We have since found out he is camera shy but luckily he is a knowledgeable and experienced engineer so we’ll let him off! He specialises in electrics and PLC systems which is ideal for our larger semi/fully automatic horizontal machines.
